What does the alternate "Feel U Up" sound like?

I was hoping to hear it at my friends' house a while ago, but the CD player was acting weird and wouldnt read some cd's.

I have never been able 2 find it so far, how is it?

It has a much darker sound to it. There is also a version which he sings with his normal voice.

It it like "We Can Funk" alternate...dark and moody and FUNKY!?

It`s very funky... It has that "Irresistable Bitch" Demo-vibe to it... it`s obviously from the same session (1982).

It`s very funky... It has that "Irresistable Bitch" Demo-vibe to it... it`s obviously from the same session (1982).

I think they're done in the same take. Musically they track into each-other. Both really really good stuff and worth getting your hands on.

It's much more new-wave electro funk than the released version.

You can tell it's from the 1999-era, a little like the Time stuff with the synths, but also the beat is similar to Nasty Girl by Vanity 6.

Personally, I think the "Camille" take is superior. The other is VERY much in the vein of IB, but not as good.

That's my favorite Prince sound: the Linn, the synths, the funk, the freakiness!
