First off, just because Prince is a JW, that doesn't mean that he 100% agrees with their beliefs. Secondly, when has Prince ever blatantly said anything homophobic (and I don't mean your own personal interpretaion of song lyrics, I mean when has he actually made a statement that is against gays or lesbians?)

Seriously though, I don't think that Prince is homophobic. There is a massive difference between not agreeing with what someone does and hating them for it.

Maybe you should go back and read D.M.S.R. According to Alan Leeds the girls did'tn like that Prince was hanging with so many black people and they did not like the soul revue of the Parade era. Alan also said the were always threating to quit. I don't think Prince did anything wrong by firing them You don't mouth off to your boss.

As far as the anti-gay comments are concerned that came from the author of Possessed.
We do not have any proof that Prince every made any anti-gay comments. I have a feeling his problems with W&L were personal and professional.
