Would prince make a good father ...Or does he still have 2 much playboy in him 2 settle down and change a nappy? 
He always talks about becoming a father like in Vikki Waiting "is my character enough 2 be one that desrves a copy made, This I one day hope 2 see" or advises "the first rule in makin' one-U can't be no child" Damn...blatantly in Lets have a baby the man pours his heart out. Did the Mayte/baby tradgedy thing put him off or will he have one with Mani?

Now that my friend is the sign of a man ready to expand his empire. No matter how wild some people are I think everyone eventually wants to settle down and have a family. *********************************************

Am I the only one around here who believes that P's long break in 2003 - from the Vegas show in Dec 02 to the Australia tour in Oct 03 - was a clear indication of Mani being pregnant and having a child?
I wouldn't be surprised. Given all the talk he did about his first child, it's probable that he wanted to keep it as low-key as possible this time. "How embarrasing to be human!"

Maybe, maybe not. He had a poor father figure himself so it's possible he would be equally neglectful given his work habits and narcissism. Also, i'm sure he has scars from what happened to his first child. I'm sure that was traumatic to him, more than we know or need to know. I think it could go either way with him. He does have great sensitivity and consideration when he lets his guard down, and the one thing people never mention when they talk about Prince is how conservative he really is in his daily life. Well mannered, polite, he's never quite fit the mold of the reckless, destructive rockstar. Like everything else with Prince, I see extreme possibilities there. | |
