As a protege' Beyonce would be a good project but as a contempory artist she is no equal 2 Prince so maybe he should Produce her album then completely take it over like on the Family's album and eevry other album he's got involved in-ha!!iT'LL BE BEYONCE SINGS 4 PRINCE..

I remember several years ago, there was a rumor that Prince was gonna produce a song for Beyonce.I also recall him criticizing the Destiny's Child song "Bills,Bills,Bills",saying something along the lines of "If this is how we talk to each other,it's no wonder relationships are so screwed up".He was obviously referring to the lyric...

DavidEye - I remember that, too. Whether he'd presented it to her or not, I'm not sure...
I'd love to hear a collaboration between these two! Considering she's worked with Missy, Sean Paul, etc., in the last few years, maybe she'll consider Prince soon. Speaking of which, has she made any comments about their performance since the Grammies? I'd be interested to hear what she's said.

By the way. Marrk - how did the Manchester meet-up go? I was tempted to join you guys but was really busy last weekend. Anyone up for a Glasgow one? It's been AGES since I've been there last and I love the place.

I've seen a couple of post-Grammy interviews. The one on BET she was asked what was more exciting, winning five awarsd, or performing with Prince- and she said performing. Said she was still amazed. Talked about how much she learned, and how incredible a singer and artist he was. Showed a lot of respect.

What do you think? They had some chemistry though didn't they? Will not happen. He needs to produce something very successful for himself again for him to reestablish his credibility as a producer before he can get anywhere near an act as hot as Beyonce. Frankly at this point she doesn't need Prince to produce her next album, she seems to be doing ok in that department right now. just my

"you trifling,good-for-nothing-type of brotha" That was written by the RnB's slick-talking bitch Miss Kandi Anyway, there was this heavy rumor about Beyonce getting profuced by Prince. Till Jamie Foxxx Brown(the author of Sister2Sister magazine) asked Mathew Knowles about the collaporation and he said "Now, where the hell did you hear that crap?"

I would say no...working with Prince is the kiss of death for your career, especially if you were signed to either Paisley Park or NPG records. You'll get no credit of your own, and get lumped into the Vanity/Apollonia/Sheena catergory. She is better or her own. I wouldn't mind a song or two, that might be cool...
