Prince hasn't got the number one single, album, movie, etc. in the country just yet. He had a very good performance on the Gramy's that got alot of press. Whether that is a precursor to more mainstream success has yet to be seen.

I just dont need to go see another Prince greatest hits show. That`s all. I have seen too many of those. I like to hear the material a musician - any musician - has on his mind AT THE MOMENT.

I still go see James Brown shows though. Because I know that`s all he can do. But Prince STILL hears music.

I would really like 2 see younger PRINCE fans, like my age, cause then i can share my opinions about the purple 1, on the same wave lenght as me. :d

I just checked. The new tour that starts in late April here in the U.S. will consist of "greatest hits" material.He has intentions to play the old material one last time in 2004.
After this coming tour, it`s gonna be new material only. Art least that`s his current state of mind, it can change any day as you know.
But the tour is in the works.
