Well I'm sure there will be a bunch of people across America thinking "hey, I never got Purple Rain on CD, maybe I should do that..." - but it won't make a difference on the charts or anything. "How embarrasing to be human!"

true but i bet he will sell a few this week. that was a shrewd move getting Beyonce to duet up there with him. he's got the r+b vote and now the rock vote with the Foo Fighters doing Darling Nikki. maybe he'll make a few new fans. | |
