Do you reckon Prince has had a face lift?

I was looking at this grammy photo and noticed that he doesn't have a single wrinkle around his eyes, which also seem kind of stretched... What do you think?

as Joni says (Happiness is the best face lift) and he seems very happy now

someone i know also mentioned how it seems his face has changed over the years. i doubt it's a facelift...more like professional lighting and makeup tricks...you'd be amazed at what makeup could do when applied properly.

well, I do recall at the HOB show last Sunday night he said he hadn't had a nose job probably refering to ole MJ's mug but you say around the eyes possibly...??? sips purple koolaid I'll have to go with a simple , no.

Makeup

It is a given fact that Black people don't wrinkle like white people. Black skin ages much better. Look at Lena Horne or Catherine Battle(opera singer).

It's called make-up and a great deal of rest. When Prince doesn't get alot of sleep, his wrinkles around his eyes are very pronounced. But like I said, sleep takes care of the bags around the eyes. Prince's face looks very natural and unaltered by the knife. Plus, when you are rich, don't do drugs or drink and eat right your skin and body tends to stay healthy. If you abuse your body, it will show. Prince takes pretty good care of himself.

no, someone posted pics of him and Mani at an NBA game, it showed he does have wrinkles afround his eyes, he 45,46?, he been making guitar faces for years.

check out some of the hi-res photos of him and beyonce in 1 of the other threads - a lot of it is make-up and lighting...some of those photo's he doesn't look 30 anymore...mind u...he shouldn't look 30!...he is what - 46 this year...wish I was in such good shape - and I am only 32

He got his eyes done! That NBA Photo proves that... and I think some botox on his forehead.

BUT hey this is the way you get surgery!! Just little touches but you still look like you! He still looks amazing! The guy looks 33 years old.

I think it's 3 things:
1. If he can still dance and prance around like an 18 year old, why not still look like one?
2. He's got a lot of make-up on.
3. He's very skinny, I guess he desn't eat much. and so he doesn't have enough skin/meat left to have wrinkles.

on, and 4. HE'S NOT THAT OLD.

Face lift nahhh! Some races of people age differently than others. I thinks he is not showing his age yet, maybe at 50?

who cares? as long as he doesn't turn in2 a copy of MJ

people in entertainment often, not always, take good care of their appearance because it's a bankable commodity for them. I really don't believe Prince had anything done at all, he's in good physical shape, and yeah the makeup. Even though he is a light skinned black, black folks generally do not age as badly as white folks unless they have problematic lives. I remember seeing little richard in his 50's and he coulda passed for maybe 40 or so. Also, surgery leave's clues, elvis had eye surgery and it showed, even had nose surgery. Most of the time surgery does much more harm than good. Look at Axl Rose who's only about 44 and he looks horrible, not even recognizable. And as far as Prince getting rest, I've always heard he lives off of hardly any sleep. It allows him to be the wunderkind he is.

Its possible that the man has had work done, but maybe not. He hasn't visibly aged in years, so he's either lucky or has a really good plastic surgeon. As long as he doesn't start looking like a freakish albino burn victim, (u know who), I don't see how it really makes a difference. I think he looks mature and stylish. Just my 2 cents.

Botox and ALOT of good makeup!!!

His left eye (as we look at it) looks kind of stretched and an odd shape.Facelift eh? possibly.

not that there's anything wrong with that, if he had.

And remember, he keeps the hours of a vampire. He ain't out in the sun and that makes a big difference. He doesn't look like he's had anything visably done, but if he had, the doc did a GREAT job.
But have you seen Rick James lately? I saw him on the Chapelle Show a couple of days ago. He was fat and bloated and his facial movement, or lack thereof, made it look like he shot gallons of botox into his face. Scary.

Normally I would say it's Photoshop to the rescue, but in this case where the pic is not one of his own promotional ones, I can see a ton of concealer underneath his eyes to cover those shadows.

I think Prince would have surgery, but I can't tell if he has. His face seems smoother (flashing on Katherine Helmond in "Brazil"), so maybe he's had a little pulling done. He used to be a bit more wrinkled, a la his pops. Less so, now.

He's definitely still wearing a lot of makeup.

The pics of him playing at the Warner Bros. party a few weeks ago (blue suit), to me, suggested plastic surgery more than this one does.

Of course, every now and then, P resembles Mok from "Rock & Rule." He better watch the surgery/wig kick.

"P" works a hell of a lot, either in studio or on the road but I'm sure in his off time He really rest and get's plenty of proffesional cosmotology done Facials, massages, etc., etc. eats healthy and all.
These little things really can make a difference in looks.
