if the rumours are true.... IF the rumours are true...IF Prince is trying to sign with a new label do u think he is going to hit us with something totally aimed at the commercial market or are we still going to get an "origial, unique" sound that we all have come to love?
To tell u the truth i wouldnt mind either way,its still going to be great to hear new tunes. My only fear is that his "comeback" doesnt go as he hoped(or we hoped), and he doesnt take it too well and dissapears from the music scene altogether. but enuff of the doom and gloom...how cool is it going to be going into the wreckastow and buying a new Prince CD? Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

I'll do what I've been doing the last few years (since that crap album, Rave)...download it first, waste 20 minutes of my life...and not buy it...LOL
...seriously... that's what I'll do...then I'll consider buying it...

Rumour has it that Musicology is in the vein of TRC, with a few more dance-oriented tracks, and none of the overt-religious overtones (also, none of the slowed-down narrator voice). If this is the case, then I'm cool with that. Something that shows off his musicianship, but is still accessible to the general public is just fine with me.
Oh hell, if its better than NPS or Rave I'll be happy (and really, it almost HAS to be better than those pieces of dreck!!) Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
