There was Prince: Alter Ego and Prince & The New Power Generation: 3 Chains Of Gold...both of them were produced by a (now-) former offspring company of DC Comics called Pirahna Press.
These are very hard to find comic books...especially the later, which has been reprinted at least 9 times. I, naturally, own them both...plus a 3rd printing of Alter Ego (for reading purposes). But, since I'm more into liquidating my possessions as of late, I am offering them to any interested people out there. I don't have a price, so Orgnote me and make me an offer I can't refuse. | |

Sadly, according to Overstreet (the comic book price authority), none of the Prince comics are worth very much (barely above cover). But, due to the relative difficulty in finding them...once people start realizing it...the price will rise accordingly... | |

I had all three of those comics. I think my brother still has that "3 Chains O' Gold" one. It's probably worth a fortue by now. Or maybe not. Anyways, those comics were very entertaining to me as a kid. I Wish I still had them today. I shouldn't have been so irresponsible with them back then. It's just a general bio story on Prince...kinda cheesy art and lots of factual errors. Still and all, it's a really fun little collector's item, if you're into that kinda thing. | |
