concert connection room?

Anyone know where the "concert connection" room is in the official site? I can't seem to find it. I thought it was the VIP room, but I guess I'm wrong. Just trying to find out when to pick up tickets that I ordered for Sunday's show.

there is no concert connection room, just a forum and it's located where the other froums are. More than likely, tickets will be will-call.
