Is the album worth getting?

I always freak out over this song!

I don't have the album/CD, but I do recall hearing a few songs on it a few years ago. It was pretty decent. The song "wet dream" still sticks out in my mind even though I've only heard it only three or four times.
I didn't even know last night was the ten year anniversary of Prince Night. I'm sure glad I went! I've been going off and on since 1997.

The songs aren't the deepest songs Prince have written but the music was pretty groundbreaking. The use of electronic instruments were pretty revolutionary. Real interesting programming, & synth treatments. Stuff your just starting to hear in the last few years with Goldfrapp, Bjork, Daft Punk, and other inventive dance acts. I think its one of the most interesting "dance" records ever.

x2.

Matty, you must seen all the girls go crazy over it on SH, there's a fucking thread about the album every couple of days.

I don't remember how many people I've copied it for, even non-Prince fans love it, and electro fans go ga-ga for it.
