he is going to retire from the music industry totally.
The press will then be like this  Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Yeah i read in the paper he did perform at some after party of Golden Globes, he played Brickhouse and Kiss. He ONLY played but didn't sing! The rest of the band sung the songs.

My theory on this is the whole bootleg issue. I'm thinking he didn't sing so that his voice would not be recorded and the performance bootlegged. Sorry if this has been mentioned before...like I said, it is just my thought on the matter.  I'm firmly planted in denial |
