why do we need to have freaks? it's so much nicer when everyone is nice and clean-cut! i'm glad Prince isn't a freak anymore. and Marilyn Manson frightens me i just don't understand why people feel the need to act like a freak in order to draw attention to their music. if it's good, people will like it whether you're a freak or not.


that's just my 2 cents, though. but we all like our own thing, i suppose, so more power to the freaks if that's their thing

Not a big fan of hers but Bjork is probably as close as it comes to a freak (and great/interesting/eccentric artist). Say what u want, but she is really good & wierd.

Then again, check out Beck's early shit like Golden Feelings...he was actually a bit of a freak himself back in the day. Who else is a freak, though? Terence Trent D'Arby?
