Prince sells out large stadium tour of the UK...well not really. every year a huge American act plays a huge show in the UK lik ethis. two years ago it was Bon Jovi and last year it was Shania Twain. The Red Hot Chili Peppers just sold out large venues today for a summer tour of the UK. places like Hyde Park and Murrayfeild Stadium are sold out.
do you think Prince could pull something like that off? i do; i think people go to these shows each summer cuz they expect it and just get tickets anyway. if P was to play the Greatest Hits tour it woud go down a storm.

I really wonder whether Prince could pull that off now. He hasn't had the hits that the Chilli Peppers', Shania Twain and Bon Jovi have had recently.
Ok he sold out in the UK last time but they were the smallest venues he has ever played in the UK bar the Lyceum in 81. There isn't enough interest in Prince 4 him 2 sell out a stadium tour. Sorry ![]()

I've changed my mind about it…
I think Prince COULD sell out a stadium. But this would take a "PurpleRain-Kiss-TheMostBeautifullGirlInTheWorld" direction. Kind of a "Best Of Prince / 0(+> L.I.V.E.". I am quite sure that NO ONE has 4goten that Prince is one of the GREATEST 80's performer still alive. Plus his latest shows = serious reputation as a performer!
