Timings for the NPGMC ahdio shows?

Does anyone know the actual timings of the NPG Ahdio shows? I remember someone posting it, but I don't know where it was listed.

I've seen Uptown list the tracks but I don't know where they can be broken apart.

I seem to remember someone posting it as well. Sorry I can't help you beyond that.
