I think that his work is my entertainment. That is what he is there for, right? I will have opinions, they will differ from others, it's to be expected. I don't have a personal relationship with the person, just the music. I enjoy what he does for a living very much. A live performance by this "entertainer" brings me the greatest joy. | |

I love his music, but not the new one. I don't know him as a man, so i can't say what i think of him. All i know is that i think he's the best musician and that he's my all times favorite.

I think Prince is an amazing musician who at one time made huge contributions to music. He was unique and controversial and his music was very sexual. Today, he is a man in his mid-40's who has matured and has tried to incorporate maturity into his music. I respect him for that, but I miss the old days when Prince was so unique and interesting. IMO - his JW religion has affected his music in a way that makes it less interesting than it once was. IMO - he is still making great music and his recent stuff is far better than most of the shit on Billboard. Prince will always be a great musician because he has a natural talent, but I believe his days of making hits and having the masses take notice are long gone, but that's ok with me as long as he keeps making music. | |
