Manchester 2002 - Sign o The Times

OH MA LAWD!!!

when that little fool went into that song i almost died from cardiac arrest!!!

at first i didn't even know what the song was; he was doing all this weird chizz on the guitar. it was as if the guitar was silly putty in his hands. he had the damn thing groanin' and squeelin'!
then the drums kicked in and he starts singing and i stopped breathing.

OH MA LAWD!!!

Imagine how I felt when he played it at the Marquee aftershow. Got us to sing most of it, but my, what a trip that was. If anything the 2002 treatment of the song was far more powerful than the previous versions.

I had exactly the same experience in Rotterdam...When I realised he was playing SOTT I totally freaked out. Apparently the people around me couldn't really appreciate this, cause they all gave my these nasty looks. But that didn't stop me from jumping like a mad man though.

BTW a couple of weeks ago I bought the boot of this concert. I play it all the time and it drives my girlfriend crazy!
