A little 3min guide to his albums. Loves - Purple Rain, SoTT ("finest hour") and Parade ("best of all") Doesn't much like Emancipation, Gold or Come though! Suggests Kiss is his best song, and that [across his career] "the quality control inevitably varies quite a bit". 
Emancipation - only for fanatics!! with, "at best, 3 half-decent songs".  | |
