I was feeling very nostalgic about Prince this week, so I popped in that Lovesexy Live concert from back in '88. I think it took place either in Germany or The Netherlands. Anyways, Prince was just absolutely too cool in this performance. It was just awesome. The band was great, the songs were great, the audience was even great.

I wish I could've been there even if I was only 6 years old. I've never seen Prince in concert and it just irritates me, man. But I guess the video is good enough to take me back down memory lane.

True - As far as I can remember it was in Dortmund, Germany. I was there a few years ago for a soccer game.

hey..came back from a 2 week cruise of the Med to go Wembeley Arena to see this one...although at the time i wasnt a lovesexy album fan...it grew and grew and the concert well..it was GOOD!

I've listened to that show since 1989, but just saw it again in the last year. WOW!!! Great show. I saw it live in Denver, but didn't remember a lot of what was going on on stage. Truly classic.

The Dutch go much more wild than the Germans from my experiences and the thing I noticed was that the German seats were scattered throughout the whole arena, not in one block etc.
