i went to the used vinyl shop tonight and i picked up I Wish U Heaven pt 1,2 and 3 12 inch (with the poster) and you won't believe it but i also found America 12 inch - all 21 minutes of it!

OH MA GAWD!

i had a listen at the store to make sure it was the long version and i almost wet myself. in fact i think i did get a little moist. i got so excited i stuffed the record back in it's sleeve just so no one would thief it!
not bad for £8.98.
now i just have to get a wrecka playa!

...I got some vinyl goodies this weekend, too! At the MPLS record convention, I got the I Would Die For You 12" and 2 white label remixes (1999-yuck, When Doves Cry-sweet!)

I love records!

make sure you get a component record player, a stand alone unit. Those 3 & 4 in one units are absolute shit.


go for Technics or a good brand you know of.

Damn straight U need a turntable Milts. There's loadsa Prince stuff U can only get on vinyl. I went a couple of years without a record player and rediscovering all that great music was amazing.
