Was there a official cover created for this album?

A cover was made 4 Dream Factory. I think with all members of The Revolution contributing 2 the design but cos the album got scrapped the cover got scrapped. I read this somewhere but can't remember where. Coulda been DMSR. Can anybody else confirm?

Yes there was a cover created for Dream Factory, but
it has never leaked out and there are no pictures of it.
It was a joint effort, with all the members of the Revolution
painting or drawing parts of it in a random collage of images.
