Jam of the Year tour I believe it is referred to as the "DAT intro", but what he played right as the lights went down and he came on stage... it had snippits of his voice or parts of songs and some sort of slow mood music behind it. What is it?! And where can I get it?!

Sure I hear ya...it's the Flash thing that was included with the free files (or maybe the first month's files) for NPGMC Year 1. It ends off with a countdown while the symbol spins and then there's an explosion, which is where Prince would come out. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. I don't remember that intro, but then again, the beginning of the show I saw mighta been staged a bit differently...and okay, I mighta been a little tipsy...  | |

NO, blueangel is thinking of the intro to the Hit and Run Tour of 2000 that was the promo for NPGMC.
I do remember the DAT intro. It had bits of many former hit songs and began with "Please take your seats. This experience is about to begin." The only place it is circulating is on the many JOTY bootlegs (audio and video). | |
