Segue or not, it's part of the track "2 Nigs 4 West Compton" It's 11 seconds in and it's a computerized woman's voice "goin to pussy" and then one of Prince's cohorts says "goin to pussy". The computerized voice sounds more like a zing if you're not paying attention. I caught this lyric one time when I listened to this album on acid.
