Yes, if he's gonna jehovah-ize them all, I'd rather see them do it without him.

going to give Prince a chance to severely edit them?

If Prince had any involvement, the movies would not even
be released anymore.

If he did want to release them, he'd make you pay upfront
wait for 6 months and then send you a cardboard box with
three DVDR's in it, with copies of the movies transferred
from a videotape of a tv-broadcasting.

In days to come we're probably going to thank WB for
hanging on to his masters because at least if they ever
decide to re-issue his stuff, they will only add to it
and not take stuff away or re-do it NewTranslation style.
