Did anyone ever determine what that circle looking building ended up being at Paisley Park?

It was originally intended to be the World's tallest recording studio, reaching the height of 2,364 ft. For years, Prince had wanted to hold this record, but until the 90s it had been an impossible task. It was to be financed by the royalties from the sales of the 'Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic' CD.
At the same time, however, Clive Davis wanted to build the highest recording studio in the World at his home in FunkyTown, so secretly gave Prince duff advice with regards to what to put on the 'Rave Un2' CD, knowing damn well that the CD would flop and prevent Prince from continuing to build his record-breaking building.

Once Prince realised that he'd been conned by Clive Davis, he released TRC independently, hoping that the sales from that CD would enable him to finance the structure's completion. However, Prince didn't realise that he's got no idea how to market, or distribute records to their greatest potential and therefore, the project flopped.

Clive is nearing completion of his record-breaking studio, whereas Prince has only managed to create what currently looks like a part of Pompeii.

We eagerly await future developments, but I'd wager that Prince's building will soon become a refuge for homeless weeds and mice.

It was to be a restaurant and Prince changed his mind so it sits there unfinished.

I think he built it for Orgers to hold the annual "Org Indoor Golf Tournament." But nobody at the Org plays Golf
