Keith Moon lived a life of excess - narcotics-fuelled brawls, a food-fight with police and once set off fireworks on a US television show. He died in 1978 from a prescription drugs overdose.

Also in the top 100 are Sir Elton John for his spending of around £300,000 on flowers over a 2 year period,, country music's George Jones, for driving a lawnmower along a motorway and Bob Dylan, included for his fondness of British motorway stations.
