Why does Prince doesn't communicate with his fans through the org once in a while? It would be so easy for him to do that and would be so cool.

Did he ever write a single word via the org. Nah ... I thought so.

Maybe he does. would we know? doubt it.

Prince can't micro-manage and totally control the Org and what goes on here or what is said about him, to him, etc and he can't handle not being in complete control. Therefore he himself probably avoids this place and just has his minions come by and read it and report back to him but that's about it, imo.

He has never come on the org - that we know of - but he has contacted & communicated with org people like Anji.

Prince and the Paisley Park crew aren't even able to provide exclusive information through the NPGMC on a regular basis. How many things have we heard about this past year that either never turned up on NPGMC or turned up much later than when we found out through the org.

Plus, Prince got rid of the news related pages and is forcing all communication through chat and message boards. Not very user friendly at all.

Most good official artist sites offer detailed news and links pages as well as very detailed, regular newsletters to members. Foo Fighters is a perfect example of great communication directly from the artist. Plus the Foo Fighters site, ticket presales and newsletter is FREE.

Prince never misses an opportunity to do the most fan unfriendly and difficult things possible!
