Me and my girl friend were up after a recent shopping trip when I picked up this bootleg gem. This has to be the best Ive heard hin play this tune. I never liked how he didnt sing the whole song and start with the middle of this great tune. This totaly reminds me of still would stand all time on the small club boot.Anyone else hears this?

I have a little regret buying this one.

At the end he's trying to make it funky, but the long jam on "Mad sex" is nothing but boring.

Why does Prince always pick the Hendrix' songs I don't like? And I'm a huge Hendrix' fan.

But if you like Prince's "Rock"-side this would be an outstanding boot.

I'm giving this boot another chance at this moment,
and I have to say

A Case of You
Sexy MF / If I Was Your Girlfriend

are great.

But as a whole this boot can't compete with "Small Club" (which isn't my fave boot neither).
And it still ain't funky.
Five great tracks out of eleven ... does that make a great boot??
I hope I have to come bach to this in a few weeks, and love all tracks ... but I don't think I will

Machine Gun could have been great as a studio-recording with the Experience ... the live-version with the band of gypsys is a little bit boring.

Prince's version on the boot is fairly good ...

Wow, this is my first post that actualy got a star next to it, does this mean I need to get a life now, or am I in the cult? Just joking of course but this boot is evenly weighed by the outstanding and predictable. I was really taken by a case of you when I listened to it. The guitar work really reminded me of the small club jams. I never understood why he always played case of you starting with the third verse.
