Best Strategy to Get the Best out of Prince

Just curious if Prince was actually paying attention to what is said on the .org, which of the following scenarios would more likely have him responding with a classic record. Naysayers saying he has lost his touch and no longer has the drive to compete with his past greatness. Or would Prince respond with a classic if orgers were in agreeance that he is still brilliant and that he had many a great tune yet to release. Just curious to poll Prince fans to see what everybody thinks would motivate him more in this hypothetical scenario? Frankly , I think he would respond to the naysayers better, and become angry and driven, motivating him to create better music. I think of Emancipation and the contentment level he had at the time , and I believe he got a bit too cozy, and the music suffered as a result (although he was motivated he could create quantity without Warners restricting him). Not that Emancipation is bad, nor IMHO has Prince lost his touch.

Of course i dont think prince will ever revert back because of the opinions he's voiced, i think the thing that wud turn him wud b:

- ppl postin on the npgmc sayin that the album was bad
- ppl beggin for funk
- ppl bringing banners 2 his concerts sayin "fuck the jazz"

i dont think any naysayers, or excellent feedback wud swing him.

no offense, spooky, but your ideas are even worse than the initial ones expressed. banner-waving and such nonsense wouldn't work, either. disbelief

Man, I'd have the BEST story to tell here on the Org if that was gonna happen.
Maybe I should change it to 'Fuck The Jizz' then.

Yikes, my topic is taking a beating out here and it's getting silly. Prince going Axl Rose into the crowd. I was just wanting to get an idea of what orgers think of what motivates Prince and puts Prince's inner psyche in the ideal mood to create. I think it's when he is angry, has something to prove and willing to take risks with his music.

ahh, maybe just another convoluted topic put forth by just another sucker. I will get to work now on my Prince "stop Jazzing already poster.

Get rid of the ass-kissers at work.

Get rid of the ass-kissers in the audience.

Do that, and you'll have the best Prince.

Remember, it's not 1984 anymore. The guy is well into his 40's. It's one thing to respect him. It's another to disrespect with overly patronizing attitudes.

Still it's nice to know, when our bodies wear out, we can get another
