and as for c.j.'s heffalicious ass... Yeah, but if Prince is in a public place (an airport) then it's his hard luck if he has his photo taken when he doesn't like it. He's a celeb and he should accept that that's how life is. Heck, he should be thrilled that people still think that much of him that they want to take his picture. I know that if I saw him in a public place I'd definitely take his picture and if any bodyguard tried to take my camera away, I'd tell him to Fuck off and kick the cunt if he tried to steal from me! I don't care how big or fierce (or ass-kissy to Prince) he was. Prince really knows how to give himself bad publicity. i guess i said what i said outta my own personal belief that it's kinda dumb for any fan to take snapshots of celebrities out in public. same with gettin autographs...i find it pointless, in a way. call me weird. --- I agree. I would not want someone taking my picture without my permission. Considering you can post the photo on the internet and alter the photo or sell it. I do think the kid should get his camera back.

I am not surprised to hear that story at all. I remember being at a Prince aftershow party in 1990 in a club and some guy took a picture of Prince and Prince's bodyguards grabbed that poor guy and threw him out in the street in a way that I was wondering if he was not seriously injured after the kind of "nice treatment" he got. Some seconds or minutes later Prince left the club surrounded by his bodyguards looking as if he was the victim and not the young man. I have no idea though whether the guy was a fan or a journalist. With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

Now then, do we definitley know this is true?
We all know that bouncers/security men/bodyguards are all wankers who are hired for their muscle not their grasp of manners or their personality. If this is true, then it's the bodyguard we slag off, not Prince. Prince is a shy guy and smaller than his bodyguard. He might be afraid to provoke him or maybe his mind was on a great b-side for the first single off his new album. End of day, if this is true then it's a disgrace but are we really going to believe some 2-bit tabloid journalist? Would you be so credulous if she said she'd seen your Momma humping George Dubya? Prince don't make no new music no more, he steals digital cameras and sells them on ebay instead.

If the person would have sold the pic or posted it on a web site, Prince could pursue legal action. But the guy simply taking the pic as a personal memento of the moment is not illegal, nor is it ethically wrong. Lets be realistic, its a pic of someone in an airport in plain view. There is no threat to Prince from that pic.
