i was woundering if any 1 can bet this.


i went into this new second hand store yesterday, and i just had 2 look in the CD collection bit, and i saw
the album which i have been looking 4, 4 ages.

i couldn't believe i found it, BUT i had no ,money, so i walked out and bumped into my friend who i made a PRINCE fan lol

i told him wot i found and he brought it 4 me, i was sooo happy, i couldn't believe the price when he told me it was £3 pound!!! cheap as chips

can any 1 do better ???

Sorry Andy. I got the Jill Jones CD for £3 aswell. Second hand shop (they obvisouly didn't realise how much it was worth!)

At my local Cd stall in a market, I picked up an ORIGINAL BIG BOX release of Purple Rain, with original VHS tape (All holograms intact).

Immaculate Condition.

The recording is spot on, hardly used.

i bought the Gett Off video for a penny off of ebay.
I owned it already but i just bidded to see if they would sell it for a penny.

Best one I ever found was a mint vinyl of 1999 for two bucks.

i recentl got dinner with deloris promo and gett off promos for £1. still sealed and with special stickers on them

got loads of rare Prince stuff recently and all so cheap

5 cd set of the Crystal Ball for £3.

i got a great condition VHS release of Purple Rain, advance test pressing aussie promo copy for $8 (aussie dollars). also gold experience for $5, live in paris '87 boot for $5, live in rotterdam '92 boot for $15, live in tokyo '90 boot for $4. chaos and disorder for $2. emancipation for $5. for you, controversy and around the world in a day for 50 cents each. bootleg cassette of parade on "Playboy Records" witht the little bunny logo and the bonus tracks "around the world in a day" and "alexa de paris" for 50 cents as well. oh yes and the 1999 sheet music for $2.

oh and this isn't prince-related but the biggest music bargain i've ever picked up was an MJ club megamix 12". the asking price was a dollar, i approached the guy who waved me off - "take it, it's free". i took it home, did some research online and it turned out to be one of only 75 copies made in the world, exclusively a promo for london dj's. there's a bargain and a half

UK Gotta stop messing about 7 inch, like new for $10 a week ago. I wish you heaven poster sleave, $10, Test print of batman 12 inch for $3.95. People dont know allot of times what they have in their stores and you can get away like a bandit!!!

$6 got me a Purple Rain 12" on purple vniyl and the Purple Rain lp w/ the poster inside.
