Yesss!!!

I bought this years ago when it was only available on (very) homemade cassettes, and was thrilled later on, when I found it on CD with extra tracks. I'm a big fan of this album - it's very lo-fi, but sometimes it's refreshing to hear Prince's stuff done in kind of a folksy, ramshackle kinda style. Plus, you can tell it was done with love, by someone who knows Prince's music well...he covers "An Honest Man"!

I don't think this is everyone's cup of tea - it's very indie rock-ish and rough - but at the very least, it's a fun addition to anyone's Prince collection.

I would love it if he did another album of Prince covers.

This is by far the best and most inspired tribute to Prince. The songs are very lo-fi, but have a lot of heart.

My favorite is Dump's take on The Beautiful Ones.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
