Prince Mention in Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph

Talking about the famous people who visited Sydney in 2003 this is what they said about Prince

Prince _ He managed to offend almost all of his fans who spent hours waiting for him at the airport by ignoring them and refusing to sign autographs. Still, he came to town for a concert and he delivered a great one.

Interesting, thanks for that. I wonder if anyone was there at the airport in Melbourne and Brisbane?

Ah good old Prince.

Do you think this has to do with his beliefs, him not wanting ppl to worship him as an idol?

He has never been one to give autographs. I don't think it has anything to do with his popularity. I think he does not like to sign them.

I know he's never liked to give autographs, but maybe his beliefs are now the reason he doesn't.

If I came off a long arse trip, the last thing i would want to do is sign autographs. He doesn't "HAVE TO" sign shit!

There is no mention of course of NPG members happy to sign fans things (which is exactly what happened in Australia) at the airport rolleyes

True about the other members signing stuff.
I wasn't at the airport but after the soundcheck at Brisbane Maceo sat on the step and signed heaps of stuff for everyone, including me.

He was really friendly at the aftershow also, especially to the pretty girls!! lol
