Who sings on Prince's song "Wow"?

I don't recognize that voice, I'm almost sure it's not Prince (maybe he's on backgrounds), and where does that song come from? Mabye it's an outtake from Exodus?

"Wow" was planned for the unreleased/never used "I'll Do Anything"-Soundtrack. The cast of the movie is singing.
