The original and best version goes:

side 1:
17 (Penetration)
18 (R U legal yet?)
19 (A girl and her puppy)
20 (Jailbait)

side 2:
21-24 (The dopamine rush suite)

wait a sec and I'll find the second version.

Ver.1 recorded 1988 unreleased.

Ver.2 recorded 1993 unreleased. All different songs from ver.1, with the 1993 NPG.

I guess it was titled 24 since the original 24 wasn't released, and it was to follow the other album titles.

I don't think '24' was actually on this. Nor was it actually called '24' - it was just an instrumental that gets lumped with Madhouse tracks...

All except 17 (unless renamed Rootie Kazootie) are also available on the Fantasia bootleg, disc 2 . Fantastic sound quality.
All orgnotes and emails requesting trades or how to acquire bootleggage will be ignored. - The ThreadKiller -

I thought the listing for this was:

17
Rootie Kazootie
Space
Guitar Segue
Asswoop
Ethereal
Parlor Games
Michael B (segue)
Got 2 Give It Up
Sonny T (segue)

Is Space an instrumental of the track from Come, or a completely different track? I've never heard this unreleased album..

Yes, it's an instrumental version of the Come track.
By the way, I enjoy all two versions of "24" but I strongly prefer the 1988 version (which IMO is more in line with "8" and "16" musical project).

Although an instrumental version, it is not a mix of the earlier track, but rather a re-recorded version.

It has background vocal singing 'Space, Space, Space, Do You Want 2 Go'. Instruments include drum, bass, piano, keyboards, saxophone, and some guitar in George Benson style. Apart from the vocal line, it doesn't really bear that much similarity to the Come track, other than it also has a fairly laid back, languid air to it.

Madhouse - 24

Version 1, recorded December 1988 (unreleased)
the players:
Eric Leeds - Saxophone/Flute
Prince - Everything else

side 1:
17 (Penetration)
18 (R U Legal Yet?)
19 (A Girl And Her Puppy)
20 (Jailbait)

side 2:
The Dopamine Rush Suite:
21 (The Dopamine Rush)
22 (Amsterdam)
23 (Spanish Eros)
24 (Orgasm)

Version 2, recorded 1993-1994 (unreleased)
the players:
Eric Leeds - Saxophone
prince - Keyboards
Levi Seacer jr - Guitar
Sonny T - Bass
Michael B - Drums

17 (originally titled 'Carnac')
Rootie Kazootie
Space
Guitar Segue
Asswoop (originally titled 'Asswhuppin' In A Trunk')
Ethereal
Parlor Games
Michael B
Got 2 (Give It Up)
Sonny T

The album only contained 6 actual tracks, plus 4 short segues
(one by each band member bar Eric). 17 was the only track
officially released, it turned up on the 1-800-NEW-FUNK album.
The track '24' which is often added to the album on bootlegs
is actually a much earlier instrumental that has nothing to do
with this album.
