LATEST NEWS December 17, 2003 Calhoun Square for sale The Calhoun Square shopping center in Uptown Minneapolis is officially for sale, treal estate sources said Wednesday. The Business Journal reported in October that Ray Harris, the developer and longtime owner of the center was considering selling the property and had retained Bloomington-based United Properties to help him make a decision. Over the past few years, Harris has been struggling to find enough tenants to fill Calhoun Square. The expiration of tax benefits given by the city, coupled with a multitude of partners to satisfy, had made Harris inclined to sell the shopping center, he told The Business Journal back in October. © 2003 American City Business Journals Inc.
