Baby Go-Go question...

I've heard the edit of Baby Go-Go that everyone seems to have. Is there a complete version out somewhere. If so, in what collection can it be found? Not what site, of course, but what CD? Any help is appreciated.

It can be found on the 2nd Volume of The Work. Check out www.guide2prince.org for which disc cuz I cant remember at the moment. I think Prince's version is the best I may add.

And of course there is a circulating recording of Prince teaching this song to the band before the recording of the song.

Not unlike the 'rehearsals' circulating for 'The Sex Of It' and 'Another Lonely Christmas.'

Unfortunately, the "unedited" studio demo of Baby Go-Go can't be found anywhere. Yet.

I have a version that fades in with about a second more of the beginning than other versions I've heard. This same version also has the ending "cut" extended...

i.e. "Somethin' 'bout u, somethin' 'bout u... oh baby, go-go." Then it cuts... where is this from?

Nona Hendrix recorded a version of this as a single with George Clinton and Mavis Staples on vocals. It's good!

With 3 alternative mixes to the version from her album, F'emale Trouble'.
