Don't forget that a great deal of these unreleased songs, whether circulating or not, have already been catalogued by those in the know. It is common knowledge that a number of these unreleased tracks are now seeing the light of day because those who have been hoarding them for years have, for reasons best known to themselves, suddenly seen fit to put them in circulation, hence their recent appearance. . I don't know why someone would sit on some great unreleased music and not share it with everyone. On the few occasions when I had something very rare and great like that, I wanted to get it out the Prince fan community as quickly and as thoroughly as I could. Some people just suck. I'm so pissed off that when I first started getting into Prince unreleased tracks I downloaded Billy and consequently deleted it probably because of something trivial like it was too long for a CDR I was compiling at the time.
Just had to get that off my chest. As for this 'new' stuff, I'm pissed about that because my computer just ain't up to the task of downloading all that stuff. Not like my old broadband connected computer  | |
