Guy Sebastian who won Aussie idol last month has released his album including a cover of when doves cry which he also performed on the show. I think it is a great version, he puts his own touch on it with a slow piano opening verse, then uses the linn drum sound later in the track. He has a fantastic voice and in some trax sounds just like D'angelo.

Plus he got a dope fro.
