BBC 2, I think, UK. If you write to them, lange, they might be able to point you in the right direction. Footage of it was shown on the British Comedy Awards (either on BBC1 or ITV1) about 1999, 'cos 'Big Train' was one of the programmes that was up for an award. Hope this helps.
