forever in my life has anyone ever used a Prince song for their wedding song? Mine was "Forever in my Life." | |

I was thinking about it, but then I chose Everybody's free by Quindon Tarver. I'm getting a divorce now and if I'll ever get married again. I might take a Prince song. 18 August 2007, O2 Arena, London

Wow.. good choice. Both you and the Kennedy's used "Forever In My Life" for a wedding. When I get married, it's gonna be "Saviour". Or if my would-be spouse won't bend, I would go with "At Last" by Etta J  Standing on the corner of Kidder and Heche | |

Or if my would-be spouse won't bend, I would go with "At Last" by Etta J Yep! I think JFK, Jr. and Carolyn Bessette also played "Adore." Just yesterday I was reading a piece on Etta James which called the song "achingly beautiful" and "still a wedding staple 42 years after she recorded it." That song IS awesome! BOTH are. | |

Yes--I used this and a Pretenders song just before the vows section..the Pretenders song came first and worked well..Forever came next and it threw folks off...about halfway I had to give the "cut" sign to the muisc man because it was just..odd. Plus one song had already been sat through so...LOL "Climb in my fur." | |
