Vh1 is airing this show , called the return of the bands or something like that. It's supposed to be a reality based television show, were a lucky fan has the chance to reunite their favorite old bands together again (from the 70's & 80's). All I could think about, was how cool would it be if they choose a fan 2 reunite Prince & the revolution . I mean the old revolution with Wendy, Lisa, Mark, Dez, bobby z & fink. I swear this would be one of those shocking moments of 2004 and everybody will be talking about it for the rest of the yr.

I'm just wondering though, if Prince & the revolution did reunite back 2gether, how would they play? Would it be like old times , were a couple of friends got 2gether 4 good old fashion jam or would it be one of those break down moments, were a lot of old memories come back up and things from this past. Maybe that would be a good thing, cuz Prince would get the feel of his purple roots and go back 2 his old self again ... I mean one can dream right ?




Anyways if Prince & the revolution did reunite again, how would y'all picture this reunion ?

Prince would never allow anything like that to happen...that's a given. It WOULD be hilarious, though. If only BananaCologne were here, I'm sure he could think of some hilarious storylines...

I would be more interested to see if someone could make either The Smiths, The Specials, or The Jam reunite. That would be something.

Something would probably happen like at Celebration 2000. The Revolution (minus Wendy & Lisa) were jamming to "America" and Prince gave the signal to stop, but Bobby kept going because either he didn't hear it or was caught up in the moment or something. Prince made some off-hand remark about him needing a hearing aid, and Bobby left the stage. I was just standing there thinking, "Oh shit, he did it again. Way to piss him off, Prince!"
