Fuckin' Metro's. They're everywhere. I hate when they try to push their lifestyle down everyones throat. Next thing you know, they'll want their own parades and stuff.
We need some good Christians to change these Metro's bad ways. All they need is Jesus. Eternal Hellfire awaits them otherwise... If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Prince is not a metrosexual--just becaue he wrote a couple of songs conveying emotion outside of the stereotypical male point of view does not make him a metrosexual..try and play him like that in regular convo and see what happens. "Climb in my fur."

The song really shows how fucked up he is emotionally more so than a gay theme. Thank you for saying this. I'm tired of people saying that 'If I was Your Girlfriend' is a "gay" song when it is obviously, among other things, an emotionally needy song. I didn't say it was a gay song

Let's see Mark was not in the band when Controversy came out because he was like 15 and had never met Prince, but other then that it's a great theory. Mark was 18 in '81 and was in the band when "controversy" was released. that theory's true, he really thought you could jack a girl off, --- I am not sure how long lovemachine has been a fan but, let me try to enlighten you. There is no reason for a gay man to sleep with so many woman. We the public have never had a man come out in public and say I sleept with Prince. Prince has pissed off so many people in the music industry that someone would have outed him along time ago. As far as MovieStar is concerned I think he was so happy at the time with his success after Purple Rain and being a moviestar that he is just expressing his happiness. He is saying I am going to get out on the floor and dance my ass off with anybody out there. If he his gay it is also his business. I have always belived that he just has emotional and mental health issues which are far more serious than being gay. I know what the song is about. I didn't say it was a gay song. Just the Camille voice and the name Camille itself. I'm not say Prince is gay. He has done some "questionable" things. You mentioned him sleeping with so many women...have you ever heard of the "down low?"

The way I have been shown to understand that term,"metrosexual",is that it's a straight man who pampers himself and uses "product" like a woman would.I have actually grwon really tired of hearing this term. But,I think Prince is on some way other level. The average "metrosexual" doesn't go that far.And i also feel that most men these days can fall into that category.Women appreciate when a man takes care of himself and wants to look good for them.Plus,it's a healthier lifestyle.
I have talked to women about this lately and they all agree that they don't want a man with a pot face and crusty lips trying to kiss them. They wanta man to smell nice and have on nice clothes and maybe work out a little(not too much)and maybe get a hair cut every once in a while. Metrosexual is a fallacy. There is straight and other.Men,gay and straight should find no shame in caring about the way they look. That is so crazy to me.Who cares? If you got it flaunt it and if you don't then put on some clean clothes and smile...somebody will like it.Rock on,brothers! The song really shows how fucked up he is emotionally more so than a gay theme. yeah, although the song is deep and genius, it's a little "strange" to actually be jealous of the relationship between two twin sisters, to me that seems to wanting a little too much closeness Janfriend said: You mentioned him sleeping with so many women...have you ever heard of the "down low?"
with Prince's history of somehow pissing off anyone he's ever been in bed with coupled with his celeberty status we would've heard something by now from someone Be realistic. ~KiKi
