My First DJ set..

Saturday night was a blast.. The hits of the night were "Billie Jean," (isn't it amazing how those lyrics still pertain to MJ's recent situation!) the new remix of Britney's "Me against the Music," Outkast "Hey Ya" and the mix I did of "Slave 4 U" into "Nasty Girl". I ended the night with "Kiss" which really went over well.

Being mostly an old school fan, I don't get why kids like songs like "Get Low" or even that Sean Paul stuff. They're not really songs, or even very danceable beats. I've discovered the only rap I really like is the kind you can dance to, and those songs are usually samples of old songs.

The new stuff does nothing for me..Am I getting old, or does the new stuff suck as much as it seems? These new guys make Dr Dre and 2Pac look like Mozart and Beethoven!
