U asked, I answered. Thats my opinion. & yes I do know about music history. I just think Prince & Mariah would make a great song 2gether! Just bcuz she had a bad year doesn't make her a bad singer or a bad person. Look at Prince, whens the last time he had a #1 single. Or even a top 10 single??? He's still a Great Artist. & I think Mariah has the best voice of any female performer of all time!!

Something Sexy!!!  no one's implying she's a bad singer or person, or just flat out sucks, but technically speaking, she is NOT the best female singer of all time.
She may be your favorite which good & fine, but she's not the best. And for the person that implied that Beyonce's better than Mariah

I think he should join with other artists that aren't his lackeys. Maybe David Bowie, Duran Duran, etc. and make a Tin Machine-like band (not music-wise, but artist-joining-wise).
It would be interesting to see a mix of his history with Bowie or someone else of a more equal stature, but different style, in music. Sorry, Larry Graham & Chaka Khan don't count... I've reversed the polarity of the neutron flow... Now to find a way to exterminate Melody Cool and Rosie Gaines...

Seriously that is along the lines I was thinking. Prince needs to record with... well Prince. Lock himself in the studio alone for a few months and see what he comes out with. Last time he did this almost 10 years ago with Emancipation. Time for another true solo project, Bringing Together Five Decades of R&B/Funk/Soul/Dance
