I always had a video in my head for "Push" of all songs...

The synopsis is this...

Prince is Captain of the Starship Enterprise and all the god-damn-awful NPG are in the Star Trek uniform - albeit with high hair and platform heels... Instead of the Star Trek insignia badge, they have gold symbols on their shirts.

Well, they're all sat on the bridge and Rosie is sat in Uhura's seat... Prince is Captain Kirk. I mean it'd be the old Enterprise set because all Prince's videos are cheap...

The music starts and they're doing that swaying sideways thing and there's red lights flashing because the ship is obviously under attack and Prince and Rosie are singing:

Every time they try 2 clock u
Tick more than they tock

Then Chekov (Tommy Barbarella) pushes a lever and they speed into hyper-drive... Tony M (Spock) starts "rapping":

Don’t stop until u go

It cuts to the NPG in an escape pod sort of thing, decending onto a purple planet...

The pod lands...

There are assorted jello-monsters who greet the NPG on their arrival. And they have alien guitars and keyboards.

Maybe ’bout the business u was worried

Maybe the cartridge u was playin’

There's an attack from other spaceships shooting lasers and the party breaks up.

Push I push

The NPG (except for Prince) and the alien jello monsters are beamed back onto the enterprise.

Rosie takes control of the bridge and all the crew are flipping switches and pressing buttons and stuff...

There's some fish monster on the video screen and he looks really pissed off... He starts singing:

Rosie throws her arms up in disgust:

Tony stands in front of the video screen and argues with the fish monster...

Fish Monster: Yeah - I’m a-push up on it... (push)

Tony: Yo?
NPG: Get on the mic!

etcetera (over and over again)

The jello monsters start dancing around as Tony starts to rhyme:

I’ll dis a beat if it teases
Mark this down as I state it...
I like my funk concentrated
The pop seem, hmmm, a little overrated
U sure can tell where we’re steppin’
There’s some grease on the stage
Ooops, I just stepped in it... (push)
Circlin’ as we slide

On a watered-down tip

The image of the fish monster breaks up and we cut to Prince who looks bruised and suitably confused on the surface of the purple planet... Prince gasps for breath, clutching his chest and says:

U don’t want me on the mic!

Then Scotty (Sonny) throws a lever in the transporter room and as we see the image of Prince being beamed up, we hear him wail:

Way-hay... Hey, heay, Wooh-ohh, Wooh...

He appears and starts walking down corridors:
