What was the reason it wasn't included?

"200 balloons" was on there...that was a batman-era joint, wasn't it?

So it seems like the songs on the Soundtrack album are a no-go for the Hits compilations, but why Partyman allowed on a single b-side, and not Batman - because it was #1?

Yeah, I always thought it was because of licensing hell...which is a sad commentary, considering WB owns the film and comic book rights to Batman...

Yes, it is a shame that "The Arms of Orion" was not included, such a wonderful song, it should have been a hit.

but they've got the Dirty Mind cover on the
front of it, when not a single track from the album's
