Exploding All Over Europe Since the original thread is locked, I'll say thanks to Lib here for sharing this track.
It's the most authentic House track I've ever heard Prince do, to the point it doesn't even sound like a Prince track. (Is it a remix Lib?) Recorded 1992 for those who want to know. Thumbs up for you Lib. /// [This message was edited Wed Nov 19 1:24:57 PST 2003 by Romance1600] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Is it all uploaded now, cos it seems that there's only parts 44 - 192 of 212.
Of course it could be my crappy newsserver. All orgnotes and emails requesting trades or how to acquire bootleggage will be ignored. - The ThreadKiller -

Is it really P? Any lyrics?

Hmmm, what do people think of this track?
It's definitely more "house" than anything else we've heard from Prince. Prince himself isn't heard much - I think it's mostly Rosie. I wonder if this is a remix of the original track, though, done by someone else, or the original Prince-mixed track. Definitely very interesting. I don't hear the title during the song - but then, I can't make out anything Rosie is singing...

This track was meant for a 12-inch release that never saw the light of day.
And yes, it's a genuine Prince outtake. . "You don't frighten us, English pig dogs. Go and boil your bottoms, sons of a silly person."

Good, so now we have some real information - it's a Masters At Work mix (thought it sounded to Housey for Prince).
BTW, here's what is said about the track in Turn It Up 2.0: "This 1992 track is co-credited to Prince & Ingrid Chavez at the Library of Congress it was copyrighted on February 16th 1993. Chavez's lyrics talk about a "new-age birth, exploding all over Europe"." Which presumably references the original, not this remix. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yes it is and it has been ever since 1992, just not on bootlegs, hell Prince's version was even played over the PA at some Act II gigs in 1993... Neversin. O(+>NIИ<+)O

Old school baby
Minimalist '92 house. Gotta love it. Sweet primary school-party times... I would mix this one with Snap's 'Rhythm is a dancer'. It would blend magically.

It's dubbed "House Remix"..it's a remix by Junior Vazquez of the original song, Rosie did a version with her on lead vox...of the original version. Then it was remixed and played in clubs in New York. "Waiting to be banned"

The original version is not circulating, it's possible a small few people have it. There is a difference between what is circulating and what is known to exist. Tracks exits for sure, but the vast majority of fans do not have access to them. So in that sense they are not circulating. "Waiting to be banned"

It's a Prince song, since he co-wrote it with Ingrid, he sings backing vox and recorded it with Roise in London in 1992. By your logic songs like the many NPG outtakes are not Prince songs, but Prince related. I think people would disagree with you on that. "Waiting to be banned"

Don't want to be pedantic, but if it wasn't on boots how was it "circulating"? Is this one of those "you got to be in the know" type of deals? Cos if only a handful of peeps share stuff amongst themselves that's a pretty fucking small circle! All orgnotes and emails requesting trades or how to acquire bootleggage will be ignored. - The ThreadKiller -
