It's a Prince song, since he co-wrote it with Ingrid, he sings backing vox and recorded it with Roise in London in 1992. By your logic songs like the many NPG outtakes are not Prince songs, but Prince related. I think people would disagree with you on that. co-wrote and backing vocals isnt enough to call it a "Prince" song.. its prince related.. not for me at least. It appeared to be a PRINCE outtake..
