"The Work / Soul Power" and "1+1+1=3" On Winnepeg and London Aftershows

I just bought the "Winnepeg & London Aftershows" on Sabotage Records.
Because I often read topics like "is this a new Prince song?", I have to tell you this:

"Soul Power" is a James Brown song!

And during "1+1+1=3" they are jammin' on "Ain't It Funky Now" ... indeed, a James Brown one!

Boy .. am I glad Maceo joined the band. Too bad he doesn't force Prince to play more Parliament songs.

The version of "whole lotta love" on this bootleg is a cool one ... far superior to the version on "whole lotta love 4 Paris" ... which indeed is the best aftershow overall.

"The jammin' on "Head" in the '80's ... got the same guitar-riff from "Ain't It Funky Now"!!

As someone who blew the opportunity to see Prince in Winnipeg, I can let you know Maceo Parker played the prior concert in Regina (I saw this), but Eric Leeds played both the Winnipeg main show and aftershow (although you may have been talking about the Londow show). Just curious , I do enjoy the Whole Lotta Love from my shitty sounding WPG recording, is this the awesome version , or is it the London version?

I suppose that Maceo initiated the overwhelming JB-songs??
No Whole Lotta Love in London ... it's the WPG that I'm talking about
